Deputies say on Saturday, a Sapulpa mother drove drunk with her two kids in her van and the side door open.
Witnesses say both young children were crying and clearly upset.
According to the arrest report, when police arrived, Emily Warnock was in a blue Dodge Caravan fighting with another man in the parking lot of the M&M bar. The police report says over the course of the fight she punched him multiple times and ripped his shirt off.
Deputies say when they started talking to her, they immediately smelled alcohol on her and noticed slurred speech. According to the report, after field tests, officers attempted to arrest her but she walked away and refused to listen to officers.
Deputies say they also found marijuana and two pipes inside her purse when helping her look for a picture ID.
Once finally inside the patrol car, deputies say Warnock began kicking and screaming. They say she even tried to kick out the back window of the police car. Deputies say they then pulled over and she fought both of them, head butting and kicking.
The report states deputies then called for back-up and placed Warnock inside a fully caged car in order to safely take her into the Tulsa County Jail.
She's now facing multiple charges including a DUI, two counts of child endangerment, two counts of assault on a police officer, assault and battery, possession of marijuana in front of a child, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
