Mayes County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a murder-suicide in a Disney bar early Tuesday morning.
According to the sheriff's department, they responded to a shooting call at the Full Moon Saloon in Disney around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Deputies reported a murder suicide and a surviving third victim. The murder victim has been identified as James Grapevine, 46, and the survivor is Melanie Chandler, 45.
Investigators have identified the suspect as Preston Chandler, 47. They have not released Chandler's connection to the victims.
Melanie Chandler was taken to an area hospital and was undergoing surgery this morning.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been asked to assist in the investigation.
