Court records show a Depew police officer was arrested and jailed after an altercation at a Depew home.

Records allege 70-year old Officer Delbert C. Jackson and a woman forced their way into Kevin Lane’s home on south Purdy St. on January 3rd.

The police report alleges Jackson was with a woman when they went to her ex-husband’s brother’s home to retrieve items she was supposed to receive after a divorce.

Jackson faces one count of first degree burglary.
