People working near a dentist accused of malpractice told FOX23 News people are moving his equipment out of his Owasso office.

Dr. Scott Harrington has been accused of using unsanitary instruments and possibly infecting at least 7,000 of his patients with Hepatitis, B, C, or HIV.  So far, the Tulsa Health Department has reported 60 patients have tested positive for one of the three infectious diseases out of the more than 3,200 that have been tested by the THD.

FOX23 stopped by his Owasso office to confirm what viewers reported who witnessed people moving things out of his office and into their cars.

Several employees working next door to his office confirmed they saw employees who work there taking what appeared to be oxygen tanks out of his office and putting them in the trunks of their cars.

They told FOX23 they noticed them doing that around noon and at 2:30 p.m.
