Tulsa police say one man is dead after a shooting in the 1000 block of North Troost. TPD says the victim was found lying on the ground Saturday night with a gunshot to the head. Officers say the victim may have gotten into a dispute with a neighbor just before the shooting. TPD Captain Karen Tipler said the suspect confronted the victim at his house about possibly vandalizing his house. The confrontation then turned deadly.
