It is Daylight Savings Time on Saturday and the Tulsa Fire Department is urging people to change the batteries in their smoke detectors when they set their clocks back.

TFD urges people to check all detectors in your home to make sure they are working properly and put in new batteries.

Most of the country will turn back the clocks this weekend for the annual shift back to standard time. The change becomes official at 2am on Sunday.
