DA will not seek death penalty in Best Buy shooting

The Tulsa District Attorney will not seek the death penalty against two men accused of gunning down two people outside a midtown Best Buy store.
Jeremy Foster and Willie Wise are charged with first degree murder for the 2012 deaths of Wesley Brown and Scott Norman.
Both men have entered not guilty pleas.
