Cushing police arrested a 16-year old as part of the investigation into threats at Cushing middle and high school.
On Monday Cushing police served a search warrant on a Tulsa home about those threats, investigators told FOX23 evidence had been taken but did not release details.
On Thursday, police questioned an 18-year old and 16-year old about the threats. The 16-year old was then arrested and the 18-year old is no longer in custody and is now being treated as a material witness.
The teen is being held in Payne County. Police say they can now safely say the threats against the schools were a hoax and no evidence was found to support the threat.
