Officials are investigating what caused a house fire in North Tulsa, saying the cause was likely electrical.

Firefighters were called to the fire around 6:30 Friday morning on North Madison Avenue near East Tecumseh Street. Crews say when they arrived the home was heavy involved with flames and smokes.

Four fire engines and one ladder were on the scene, still crews say it ook about 15 minutes and several fire hose lines to contain the fire.

No one was home at the time, but officials are not calling it suspicious.

Stan May with the Tulsa Fire Department tells FOX23 News the home is a complete loss.
