Ask that poor guy in the gray pickup that got stopped, thrown on the ground, handcuffed and detained by the Gestapo ... all a result of insane, hysterical over-reaction which is typical of how thug cops operate these days. (Not that's a brand new phenomenon...I was a cop for a few years, I know what kind of scum police agencies attract...worth about what they're paid.)

I am thinking it was a boyfriend (old disgruntled boyfriend?) took her on to school and the girl is totally embarrassed(I hope nothing really bad has happened) but I would have the teachers check for clothing that was described by witness maybe the witness needs to recount story over and over

i would say putting an amber alert out would be a good place to start, it would at least get the word out.
