Creek County Rural District 7 is undergoing voluntary water rationing.

Officials ask customers follow this schedule for outdoor watering:

Customers located in corporate city limits may water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Customers outside corporate city limits may water Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
NO outdoor watering on Sundays

Officials say if customers follow this schedule the district may prevent having to go into mandatory water rationing. Officials say the measures are necessary because of dry conditions and the hot weather.

There is no time frame on how long this rationing could last.
