We’re following Breaking News in the conviction of the Tulsa courthouse plaza shooter.
FOX23 first told you Saturday morning a jury found Andrew Dennehy guilty in the 2012 plaza shooting that injured a deputy and another person.
Around 4 p.m. Monday the surveillance video of that day was released.
Our FOX23 crew went to Wagoner County where the district attorney just released the surveillance footage.
FOX23 watched the video of the shooting at the courthouse.
It shows some of the chaos surrounding that day.
Dennehy was walking around, seemingly disoriented, with a gun.
A shot is fired, causing chaos in the plaza.
The video was part of the evidence in the case that led to Friday’s conviction.
Dennehy was convicted of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, reckless conduct with firearm, attempted escape, and assault and battery on an officer.
The deputy who was shot did survive.
A bystander was hit in the cross fire.
