A Tulsa County jury found accused courthouse shooter Andrew Dennehy competent to stand trial.
Dennehy's competency trial started on Monday morning. Dennehy is charged with two counts of shooting with intent to kill, and one count of possession of a firearm and reckless conduct with a firearm in the March shooting.
A Tulsa County deputy and a bystander were injured in that shooting. Dennehy is scheduled to go back to court on October 17th for a preliminary hearing.
