Tulsa police arrested a couple they say was growing pot in their north Tulsa home, in front of three children.
Police arrested Charles and Sarah Warner on complaints of cultivating drugs in the presence of minors on Monday. Police say they were called to a home near Pine and North Sheridan around 11:30 on Monday night.
The report shows officers met Sarah Warner outside the home, but smelled a strong chemical odor coming from inside the house. Officers conducted a protective search to make sure the public wasn't in danger and found several 15 gallon buckets of chemicals as well as an irrigation system and grow lights.
Police also say there were marijuana leaves on the ground and a marijuana plant growing in the corner of the room. Charles and Sarah Warner were arrested and three children were placed in protective custody.
