County Commissioner candidate in court on DUI charge

A candidate for Tulsa County Commissioner appeared in court on Tuesday on DUI charges.

Court records show Robert Perkins was involved in an accident in February and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Perkins pleaded not guilty and will be back in court in July.
