Construction closes midtown Tulsa street

A midtown Tulsa street will be closed through next week for a street maintenance project.

Crews closed 79th East Avenue near 41st and Memorial while a section of pavement is replaced. The road is expected to remain closed through the middle of next week.

Drivers exiting the BA Expressway at the Memorial exit should access 41st by using Memorial until the repairs are complete.
