Companies file suit against Owasso over development

Three companies have filed lawsuits against the City of Owasso in a fight over development.

As we first reported in March, those developments were rejected after two city councilors voted against them.

The projects included a vet clinic, a hotel and a subdivision. City Manager Rodney Ray agrees with the plaintiffs, saying all three were recommended for approval before the city council meeting.
