I watched a little girl who lived in a crackhood walking down the street writing down licenseplate numbers. I don't think she took it to school for show and tell :-))

We know how diverse Bartletts abilities are. One month he used the rubberband and paperclip budget to pay his personal staff. Enough to show that he knows how to rob the cookie jar. Simonson didn't do his job that month by securing a grant for the pay of a few rookie police. He was supposed to secure the grant from DOJ :-) Where an experienced attorney like Simonson failed Green Country Girl Scouts were able to get a $50.000.00 grant. Why aren't the girl scouts running the city. They sure got Bartlett and his dream scheme beat all the way around the clock.
