A Chouteau man is dead after his vehicle hit a tree, just west of Pryor early Sunday morning.
Allen Frailey, 49, was driving southbound on County Road 426 in Mayes County when he crossed the center of the road while trying to curve left. Troopers say, Frailey left the road and hit three trees before the vehicle came to a stop.
Frailey was pronounced dead on the scene of internal injuries.
