Man arrested for child porn, evidence found at local library

Just four days after his original arrest, a man accused of possessing child porn is back in the Tulsa County Jail. This time, William Neilson, 37, is accused of manufacturing child pornography.

Neilson was just arrested last Friday on two counts of possessing child porn. Police said he left a flash drive at the Brookside branch of the Tulsa City-County Library back in May. That flash drive contained photos of child porn. Police say surveillance video linked Neilson to that flash drive.

Police say when they went to serve a warrant at Neilson's apartment, he had a pornographic image of an underage girl on his computer monitor.

An arrest and booking report says that Neilson's computer and the flash drive showed photos of underage girls nude or engaged in sex acts with older men. The flash drive contained thousands of images of child pornography as well as Neilson's resume. Police say some of the images had been transferred from the computer to the flash drive, and vice versa.

He's being held on $25,000 bond.

Gods deliverance is the only cure.....therapy, electro crap, medication, none of those will work. It may suppress.....but the underlying cause is deep and of a spiritual/demonic nature.

And after they get jailed they don't want to go back to jail so they start killing their victims it's why we have so many missing children.Oh there is a cure but our liberal politicians won't allow it this thing that has been arrested over and over has more rights than an innocent child.

The jails and prisons are so full of people like this. I continue to maintain IF WE MAKE PRISON, a real PRISON, I can assure you these people would not be so eager to continue their criminal careers. Prisoners and other special interest groups state that the loss of being able to come and go is the most cruel punishment a person could encounter. Well, apparently not, because 7 out of every 10 inmates are repeat offenders. My mother passed almost 4 years ago, but she always said that prisoners should eat or live no better than the poorest person in that state! Child pornographers, given enough time, and this is supported by statistics with various state agencies, move their fantasies from pictures and dvd's to actual children. Historically, any person who commits crimes involving children, they cannot be rehabilitated. Back in the mid 1990's the state of Washington did a study which took 5 different child molestors, put them in a room with one way glass watching a group of children play. If I recall correctly, 3 of the 5 had undergone extensive therapy, some even shock treatment and the other 2 were newly incarcerated, first offenses. Each of these inmates had electrodes hooked up to monitor their reactions to the children. The results, as most of you will probably guess, reflected that regardless of the counseling, the shock therapy, medication, etc., nothing, NOTHING, worked. This man needs help, but whoever thought he looked like a 18 or 19 year old needs to get their eyes check!

Justsayno ,I shall try to translate this ancient cowboy remark.It is when a persons head appears so old as to have expended the lives of two bodies or more.Thus many meth users after years of abuse appear this way.Forgive me if I touched upon a nerve or offended you.Yes,I went to school,I went and looked in the door and left,but I have managed to make a fine life with hard work no less and yes I bathe every night and Im very fortunate that my kind of dirt washes off.Excuse my dyslexia sometimes I don't punctuate correctly .Look at this fool,drug abuse or self abuse who knows.Tulsa draws this sort of person because our politicians purchase their votes with our tax money in the form of hand outs which they quickly spend on drugs and then we see them on every street corner with their cardboard signs.One of these handouts comes in form of a"nut check" which they receive after they have proven that they have abused drugs to the point of being unemployable.It is criminal to give money to these people as it only enables them.

May I ask what does head done wore out 2 bodies mean? P.S.- I'm looking around Tulsa and it looks to me like this City is a breeding ground for molesters and perverts. Oh yeah! Did I mention uneducated, dirty, lazy people? My wife and myself will have to home school our children for the next year till we move from this Tulsa nightmare.
