Charges have been filed after a Jenks toddler was found inside an apartment with a dead man.

The toddler's grandmother, Ginger Rolan, and her roommate, Amy Latimer, are now charged with one count of child neglect. The arrest report says the toddler may have eaten a lortab painkiller.

Allen Lykins was found dead in the apartment. The report also says the women waited to call 911 and didn't tell EMSA about the pill.
