A judge signed a motion to drop charges against a Tulsa family counselor quote ‘in the interest of justice.’

FOX23 first told you about Laura Fox in November. She was charged with failure to report child neglect.

Tulsa police initially told FOX23 they visited a home hours after Fox did and found nests of cockroaches, human waste and trash. Officers said Fox could have alerted authorities.

However, the Assistant District Attorney said Fox’s lawyer showed she did the right thing and that information was not given to them during the police investigation prior to the charges.

The District Attorney’s office said they and police received incomplete information during their investigation which led them to file charges.

As I recollect police are not in the business of broadcasting the news. So why must the news do the job of the police??? Put a badge on every camera just like they do a canine??? The inept DHS worker who probably only cracked the door open an inch for a signature on the paperwork because she was probably afraid of a tiny dog doesn't need to be handling a case. She needs to be washing hubcaps at some car wash.
