A couple is now officially charged in connection with the kidnapping, drugging and videotaped assault of a 13-year-old girl.

Wagoner County court records confirm 35-year-old Brandon Brunson and 13-year-old Brittany Pritchett have both been charged with Conspiracy, Kidnapping, First-Degree Rape, First-Degree Rape By Instrumentation, two counts of Forcible Sodomy and Procure/Produce/Distribute/ Posses Child Porn.

FOX23’s Abbie Alford explains what police say happened in a home in Haskell.

Court records reveal disturbing details about what happened to a 13-year-old girl who told police she was held against her will.

One of the suspects was the victim’s friend.

Documents show on November 1st, 2009 the 13-year-old Broken Arrow girl was meeting Brittany Pritchett to talk about Pritchett and Brandon Brunson’s break-up.

When the girl got in the car with Pritchett, Brunson “…pulled the victim into the back seat and forced her to lie on the floorboard.”

Police say Pritchett and Brunson then drove the girl to their home in Haskell.

Many of the details are is too graphic for FOX23 to share but they are very disturbing.

Police say Pritchett and Brunson raped the girl multiple times inside their Haskell home.

Records show the two suspects videotaped the sex acts on a camcorder but at one point “…the defendants ran out of tape and used Mr. Brunson’s Blackberry PDA cell phone to take further pictures of the sex acts.”

Documents show after police issued a search warrant inside the home they found video of the sexual acts on Brunson’s cell phone.

Records show post Miranda, “Mr. Brunson stated that he did record the video from his cell phone and assisted investigators in locating the videos on his phone.”

Brunson also told police, “…the victim was injected with Methamphetamine and although he is not sure who injected her, he stated the victim did not inject herself.”

Police say the victim’s parents did everything right in this case. They say the girl did not tell her parents she was leaving and when they noticed she was missing they immediately called police that night.

Police say they were able to track down Pritchett on her cell phone Monday morning and soon after the victim was dropped off near her Broken Arrow home.

Brunson and Pritchett are being held in the Wagoner County jail on $500,000 bond. Their next court date is set for November 18th.

Prison is too good for these people... This child has been put through something that she will never forget. His picture looks like he could possibly be the same guy who raped the girl last year in Broken Arrow!!! There should be allowable death penalties for such scum as this. Where is justice for the victim?

uh, there is a typo... it says Brittany Pritchett is a 13 year old... That is incorrect

It is my understanding this is not the 1st encounter that Brunson had with the judicial systemn. My question is why this dirt bag was still walking the street. I suggest they both be confined in a maximum security facility for a very long time with the worst of the worst sexual degenerates. Perhaps they can experience the trauma they put this young girl through. A bullet would be too easy and too fast. They really need at least 10 years of REHABILITATION. KARMA 101

these pieces of vile human trash are just breathing up our air...they need to have a bullet put in both of their heads.
