I still don't see what the problem is. Maybe a rap in the teeth would have been more acceptable to some folks. Why do people feel that out of control Inmates, Convicts and Criminals need to be treated with Kid Gloves? Maybe we should give them awards for the Nastiest Crime in Tulsa County................

Even the OSBI had the crooked cops dead to right, but apparently you can still buy judges in small towns for cheap.
