A judge dismissed a felony charge against a McAlester police officer.
Sterling Taylor is seen in surveillance video using a stun gun to subdue Nakina Williams while booking her into the Pittsburg County Jail in 2012.
The video shows Williams spitting on Taylor before being stunned. A judge ruled there is not sufficient evidence to charge the officer. Prosecutors plan to file an appeal.
