There are changes for charges at the Municipal Court in Tulsa.

Effective immediately, individuals who have outstanding municipal warrants for “Failure to Pay” or “Failure to Appear” have the ability to add their cases on to the Municipal Court dockets instead of turning themselves in to the David L. Moss Center.

These individuals may go to the Municipal Courts at 600 Civic Center, 2nd Floor, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m., requesting to be added to the daily dockets. This is in effect in weeks jury trials are not being held.

They must report to the Warrants Office located across from the security guard on the 2nd floor and provide complete name and warrant information to the clerks.

The clerks will direct these individuals to the assigned court division. These warrant add-ons will be handled on a first-come basis after the judges have heard the cases that were already scheduled. On “Failure to Pay” warrants, individuals should come prepared to pay or to do work days for the City.
