Tulsa’s next capital improvements package now has a name: Improve Our Tulsa.

City councilors voted unanimously Tuesday morning to adopt the tagline and place it in the titles of two propositions that make up the more than $918 million dollar proposal.

The package encompasses a lot of proposed projects including road projects, and projects at the Tulsa Zoo. It also includes new police and fire equipment.

The proposal will appear on the November 12 ballot.
