An Oklahoma City businessman that pleaded guilty to bribery charges has been sentenced to 10 years probation and ordered to pay restitution.
Rick Enos entered a blind plea to the charges in May. Prosecutors say Enos bribed former Skiatook Superintendent Gary Johnson. Johnson resigned from the district after an audit found more than $500,000 in wasted district funds spent on janitorial supplies from Enos’ company.
Johnson pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 15 years and $650,000 in restitution. Enos was sentenced to pay $420,606.26 in restitution.
