A FOX23 Facebook fan sent us a video of brown water in Cleveland, OK.
FOX23 made some calls and found the brown water is a yearly occurrence in the area caused by the lake ‘flipping.’ The water department said the lake level was down about seven feet and that caused the water in the lake to turn over.
The department said nothing is wrong with the water and they have been flushing the hydrants to get the brown out.
