St. John Broken Arrow and Broken Arrow schools are teaming up to host a free community health fair.

It's scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Creekwood Elementary, 1301 E. Albany St.

The event features a teddy bear clinic for children, free health screens, on-site physicians to answer any questions and more.
