Need to enforce tailgating laws especially in BA,texting, the dumbass driving 20 in the fast lane during rush our traffic, road raging meth zombies, driving under the influence of meth, pot, painpills not just the guy who had a beer in Rib Crib, running left turn lights (saw a BA cop wait at a green light while five cars past through a red left turn light)

Here is a thought, how about focusing on something that actually is important to public safety like people illegally driving around with their fog lights on because they think they are cool when they blind everyone they meet, those are legal only when there is diminished visibility due to fog. Or how about those 4wd vehicles that do not meet state regulations on bumper height but don't get caught since there is no longer an inspection method on an annual basis? These vehicles cause massive damage when they impact a standard height vehicle and many times ride up over the victim or decapitate them just because they wanted to look like a monster truck. How is the motoring public to distinguish between the BAPD undercover traffic trap cops with "limo tint" or "gangster tint"that is not legal, when they are trying to pull someone over? Why can't they just announce on their PA for the car they are stopping to lower the windows before they approach their vehicle? Duhhhhhhhhhh

State law allows for a 6 inch strip at the top of the windshield similar to what the factory offers or what the sun visor would completely block if lowered. Is the coverage worded incorrectly or incompletely or is the BAPD imposing its own legislation illegally?

typical BA police state, when will Obama be arriving to show they how to really run a dictatorship and regulate and harass and fine the public? So how much will they pay for your time if they stop you and find the tint is regulation and they stopped you for nothing which is harassment?

It's really about them not being able to see you, as well as a reason to pull you over and harass you and a way to make lots of money for them.

This is ridiculous and an embarrassment to BA. So, the City of Broken Arrow chose to spend my tax dollars on a device that will tell them the percentage of my tint? What a waste of time and money. BA needs to focus on fighting real crimes.

The darkest window tinting I have seen is on unmarked police vehicles. Money money money! Welcome to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma's most uptight city!
