Broken Arrow police investigate fatal crash

Broken Arrow police are investigating after a 24-year old man died in a car crash on Sunday night.
Police say Brice Thomas Blackman was pronounced dead by paramedics on the scene of the crash. Police say Blackman was driving east on State Highway 51 near 219th E. Ave when his car left the roadway and drove on the right of way before hitting a drainage culvert and flipping over.
No other vehicles were involved and Blackman was not wearing a seatbelt.
