UPDATE -- At this time both northbound and southbound I-35 are open. However this is a construction zone so it is still just one lane of traffic both directions and traffic is backed up for several miles.
BILLINGS, Okla. -- An overturned semi truck has closed both lanes of Interstate 35 at mile-marker 51 southbound near Billings.
OHP and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation are at the scene and will have the roadway closed while a wrecker moves the semi truck.
Traffic is backed up for several miles in both directions.

AT THIS TIME BOTH NB AND SB I-35 ARE OPEN. HOWEVER THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION ZONE SO IT IS STILL JUST ONE LANE OF TRAFFIC BOTH DIRECTIONS AND TRAFFIC IS BACKED UP FOR SEVERAL MILES SO IT WILL BE SLOW MOVING FOR QUITE A WHILE.
