Parts of Osage County are under a voluntary boil order.
Officials say they are: Hulah Water District #20, including the Bowring, Oakridge and Whipoorwill areas east of the Hulah Dam. Officials say they had to shut the plant down because there have been problems with it the last 48 hours. They are waiting for parts to fix it, but the water has low flow right now.
The Bartlesville water plan is not affected by this. The boil order is in effect until further notice.
