Blackwell Public Schools are proceeding as normal as rumors of a threat in the district are investigated.
The following message was posted on the school district's website:
Blackwell Schools will proceed as normal today. There have been rumor of a possible threat in our school district. All threats are taken very seriously! Administrators are working with the Blackwell Police Dept and will have increased police presence.
