Bixby man killed in Tuesday morning crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the name of a man killed in an accident on Highway 169 between 56th and 66th street north on Tuesday morning.

OHP says 29-year old Tristan Stauffer of Bixby died from massive injuries in the crash.

OHP says A truck driven by was going north on 169 and swerved to avoid hitting debris in the road but hit the debris and went into the inside lane where a Volkswagen driven by Kimberly Stauffer hit the truck. Tristan Stauffer was the passenger in that car. OHP say an SUV then hit the Volkswagen.

Tristan Stauffer was pronounced dead on the scene of the crash. The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with leg injuries, the driver of the Volkswagen was taken to the hospital with head and arm injuries and the driver of the SUV had minor injuries.

I read this article 5 times and still do not fully understand how the accident played out. Please re-visit your grammar/sentence writing "how to" book.
