Murder charges have been filed in connection to the shooting death of two men at a midtown Tulsa Best Buy store last month.
The DA charged Willie Wise and Jeremy Foster each with two counts of first degree murder for the deaths of Wes Brown and Scott Norman. Wise and Foster have each entered not guilty pleas.
Police say the shooting was the result of an ongoing gang feud. They say Scott Norman was ambushed outside the store and Wes Brown was shopping inside the store with his daughter when he was hit by a stray bullet.
Documents show Shania Craven, accused as an accessory in the murders, told police Wise was the gunman. Police have not released Foster’s part in the shooting, but say is he connected.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 17th.
