Bartlesville teen arrested for shooting fireworks at people

A Bartlesville teen is accused of shooting fireworks out of a car at a group of people.

According to court records an off duty officer was called to a Food Pyramid at 2501 SE Washington Blvd. in Bartlesville in reference to a fire started by fireworks.

Investigators believe Christopher Taylor shot a mortar style firework out of a car at Garret Hilger, Blake Schmitt, Grant Starr, Andrew Ellis, Bryce Stratton and Aaron Atkins.

Police say the firework hit Schmitt’s car and then exploded and burned some trees in the parking lot. Police say Taylor admitted to shooting a Roman Candle style firework out of a vehicle at the victims. Police say Taylor had another roman candle at the time of the interview.

Taylor faces 3rd degree arson, possessing bomb and explosives, and assault with a dangerous weapon charges.

Yep, watch for him to kill a cop or two, maybe a few kids and grandmas inside their homes....he sounds like a real winner.

Betcha he gets off with a small fine,his court appointed,taxpayer funded bottom feeding lawyer will see to it.Guns,I'm sure will be the next agenda.
