Bartlesville officer found not guilty of assault

A jury found a former Bartlesville police officer accused of assault and battery not guilty.
Stacy Neafus was accused of assaulting a patient at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville. Another officer, Sonya Worthington faces the same charges. Neafus' partner, Sonya Worthington, was found guilty of assault and battery in October.
The department fired both of them after surveillance video surfaced about the allegations
