Bartlesville is home to a tradition the “Travel and Leisure” magazine calls one of the ‘wackiest’ ball drops. In Bartlesville they don’t drop a ball, they drop an olive into a martini glass!
Every year at midnight at the Price Tower Arts Center a giant Styrofoam olive drops 14 floors into a 10 foot tall martini glass that’s on the 2nd floor of the building.
The party also features live entertainment, a champagne toast and live music.
In Tulsa, there will be a ball drop near 2nd and Frankfort. Details are on the
