The Browns and Capobiancos were at the Muskogee County Courthouse Wednesday afternoon.

There is still a gag order in effect, so media was not allowed inside the courtroom, but media was allowed inside the courthouse.

FOX23 cameras were rolling as the Browns first exited the courtroom with their team of lawyers.

Shortly after, the Capobiancos and their lawyers walked out of the courtroom.

FOX23 noticed the Capobiancos did not exit the courthouse immediately.

FOX23 saw Melanie Capobianco through the law library’s door window, with her legal team, inside the courthouse.

Both sides of the case left without saying a word by 3 p.m. Wednesday.

FOX23 did not see baby Veronica around in the Muskogee County Courthouse Wednesday.

The Capobiancos live in South Carolina.
