The BOK Center announced a new mobile application that will enhance the guest experience through the delivery of personalized content, exclusive offers and unprecedented access.
“We are constantly looking for innovative ways to interact with our fans and patrons,” said SMG General Manager John Bolton. “Our new mobile app will enhance the user’s experience in the building and make ticket purchasing even easier.”
The mobile application offers guests content including event notifications, pre-sale offers and special promotional opportunities. The free application, which is available for download via Google PlayStore and iTunes, houses the BOK Center's events calendar, interactive concourse maps a seamless ticketing experience and more.
“We understand people want event information as soon as it’s available. We are excited to offer push notifications about upcoming shows, on sale information and discounts, as well as the opportunity to interact with fans once they are in the arena,” added Bolton.
The app, which was developed by Apps for Venues by Carbonhouse, was designed to further improve the guest experience while driving incremental ticket and concession sales. The app lets consumers:
•Purchase a ticket (typically in 30 seconds)
•Check on exact starting times
•Learn about opening acts
•Find concession locations from their seats
•Connect with others attending the same show through chats, images and social networking
•Have a closer connection with the BOK Center, scheduled artists and teams
•Know they are purchasing tickets from the official source
