Everytime I read about this I chuckle a little..... Everyone needs to understand the property they "own" near the casino was once indian land that was stolen back from the tribes long ago. If a tribe wanted to build a smoke shop out of a large shed then there would have been no complaints. If the schools built a large arena there would be nothing but support. If you are gonna live in oklahoma get used to the indians bing able to build as they see fit where they see the best out come because with out their sacrifice you wouldn't have the place you call home!

If we, the citizens of Broken Arrow are unsuccessful in stopping the Kialegges, who are not citizens of Broken Arrow, from constructing the caino, they will soon find out how unwelcome the casino is. The City is under no obligation to provide services such as water, sewer, police or fire protection. I can also guarantee that the citizens of BA will put enough pressure on the City Council that they will set up sobriety checks on every road every day. We will see how many patrons will want to attend a facility that has no water and sewer and cannot drink because of the sobriety checks. So, here's the message; anyone who does not have the sense to listen to the citizens of BA will have a very difficult path to navigate.
