TULSA, Okla. - Police are searching for a man they say held a security guard at gunpoint after trying to break into a vending machine. It happened just before 11 Monday night at the Presidential Suites Hotel near 61st Street and Memorial Drive.

Police said the clerk inside the hotel spotted the man trying to break into the vending machine. The man didn't get anything out of the vending machines but when he ran out of the building he was tackled by the hotel's security guard. After a short fight, police said the man pulled out a gun and pointed it at the security guard than ran off.

No one was injured. Police describe the suspect as a white man in his 30's wearing a tan jacket, a black baseballl cap and dark pants.
