Assault and battery suspect arrested

One of Oklahoma's most wanted suspects has been arrested.
The U.S. Marshals Eastern Oklahoma Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force was looking for Justin Wayne Higgins for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Higgins was arrested November 4th in Muskogee.
