This is all BS!!! Lies! They can not determine by the one cigarette that they "so called" have proof of started this fire. There are many cigarette butts out in that country and whos to say that the police didn't randomly grab one near or around the home that was old?? As for these so called witnesses that are neighbors, they would not have been able to see anyone start the fire because the homes are so far spread apart and surrounded by trees that is almost impossible to see anyone if you are not 50 feet or closer!!!
