TULSA, Okla. - New from overnight, two men are in custody after police said they broke into an apartment held a family at gunpoint and stapled a man in his lip. Police said one of the suspects is still on the run.
Police said it all happened at the Windsor Village Apartments around 1:30 early Monday morning. Three men are believed to have broken into an apartment with shotguns. Three people were home; a man, a woman and a child.
Police told FOX23 that the men stole a black challenger, computers and electronics. They found the car at a nearby Whataburger and that’s also where they found two of the suspects. One of the suspects is 19-year-old Angel Rodriquez. Police said Rodriguez posted he would be eating at the restaurant on his Facebook page.
Police believe the suspects came to the apartment for revenge. The suspects used to live in the same apartment complex and they believe the family reported them for drug activity causing their eviction.
