Tulsa police told FOX23 that an arrest has been made in two shooting deaths from October.

Cpl. Nathan Schilling told FOX23 News that Marcus Miller was arrested on two counts of first-degree murder.

The shooting happened outside an afterhours club called Hotspots at 5528 East 11th Street.

Police said before the shooting, there were about 50 people inside the bar when a fight broke out. The fight spilled outside and shots were fired into the crowd, killing Marrico McGuire and David Muse.

Marcus Miller was shot and hospitalized, Sgt. Dave Walker said in a press release.

Detectives believe that Miller was shot by an associate of McGuire that was firing into the crowd from across the street of the club, the press release stated.

Schilling said Miller was already in custody on other charges when detectives received
information that Miller was responsible for the club shooting.

After interviewing Miller, Schilling said Miller confessed to killing McGuire and Muse.

AslutGuy #8 ^]] You got it all screwed up. This individual has already confessed to his crime. Your crime is not being able to understand what the statement of the written word is.

I think you're either going to let him go through withdrawal or straighten is eyesballs before you talk much to him unless his attorney is present. I don't even think he knows where he is.
