A man is arrested for the murder of a north Tulsa man.
Tulsa Police arrested Jeremy McConnell just before 7:30 pm Saturday. McConnell is accused of killing Donald Braggs. Braggs was found dead in his home near East Young and North Detroit on August 16th. He had been shot at least once.
Braggs was last seen at the Vegas Club the night before his murder. Detectives believe McConnell was also at the club. He was questioned two days after the murder and released. Last week, McConnell was named as a person of interest in the murder.
Police received information McConnell was staying in a vacant home in the 1800 block of North Denver. On Saturday, they found McConnell in the area and arrested him on a misdemeanor warrant. Officers searched the home he was staying in and collected evidence.
McConnell was then arrested for the murder of Donald Braggs. He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on one count of first degree murder. He is being held on a $250,000 bond.
