No excuses for parenting such as this...he is obviously a doper and she is either neglectful or really dumb and absent most of the time, both should go to jail and lose the kids permanently.

Look, as atrocious as this sounds, our courts have more serious fish to fry than this. This ?couple? Just had one bad day. Everybody is entitled (face it it could be you) to at least one. This has probably been a good wake up call for both of them to work together a little better for the good of all.
